CHICKEN CHOW MEIN

The sunday evenings wouldn't be completed without some appetizers and if you are a non veg lover then what would be the best more than a chicken chowmein.So today it's all about everyone's all time favourite chicken chowmein. Chowmein/Noodles is basically a Chinese cuisine,But it is very popular among the Indians as fastfood with little bit modification of its own version.  The Chowmein is well fried with  full of fried chicken chunks and some scrambled egg, Indian spices, Soya Sauce etc. You will also find some onions,finely chopped cabbage,carrots etc. as extra add on vegetables in it. It is served with some Chilly sauce,Tomato sauce and some onions as add on.You will find number of fastfood stalls in every corner of the town. It is pocket friendly and tasty.
It was really a pleasant experience for the evening cravings.
